I tried to cancel the day after I booked . Found out I couldn't get a refund at all.Did not want to change date as class was not needed and I wasn't going to spend extra money on an unnecessary course. Then totally forgot to attend the class.What a waste of $120

A very good presenter taught our course. No death by PowerPoint! Very easy to understand and follow what she was saying. Lots of opportunities given to ask questions and have input for those with prior experiences.

What an amazing training. I really enjoyed and got a lot of information about the CPR and first aid. Especially, explaining about the anatomy of heart which was very impressive and important information while doing CPR. I have done a lot of training but this was the top of the notch. Thank you.

Excellent First Aid course - thorough, but also concise. Janey was a top instructor. It was very convenient to do online assessment beforehand, to save time on the day of practical assessment.
