I have been trying to get An exchange on a faulty item they sold me for the past 4days. In those past 4 days i have beenin 5 times to get the item fixed/exchanged they continue to say tey dont know how to do so. However i.believe they are just trying to expire the 14 day return policy.I will.be calling fair trading to deal with the problem. If it comes to fair trading getting involved ill be requesting a refund.Wont shop there ever again.
