Plumbers Express - Newcastle

I contacted Plumbers Express on a Saturday morning & left details of having no hot water not expecting to be contacted until Monday. I was pleasantly surprised when I received a call from Damian, who organised a plumber, Nick, to come onsite. Bottom line, we got the heater element replaced & hopefully by Sunday morning we will have hot water. Great service from the manager and the onsite plumber especially for a weekend day as they only normally work Mon-Fri. Thanks Plumbers Express!.

He knew his stuff and the quote was reasonable compared with the others we received. He gave some good advice about the types of toilets available and what information we would need to take when shopping for a toilet which is why we decided to go with Plumbers Express.The plumber, Nathan, sent out by Plumbers Express completed the toilet replacement and installation of pressure regulator efficiently and professionally. He was friendly and reliable, always on time. When our toilet seat was loose after 4wks, he came back and graciously showed me how to access the nut to tighten it (different toilet to what we were used to).Email conversation with office staff was courteous and timely.I'll use their services again.

This was our first time using Plumbers Express and we couldn't be happier. The whole team were great to deal with, prompt and kept us informed along the way. They also provided a detailed report of what they did which was very helpful. We manage around 80 holiday homes and deal with different suppliers every day. I highly commend and recommend them!

This is a genuine review. Jordan showed up right on time as arranged, he took the time to look at and discuss the job with me and we agreed on a plan. The quote was definitely in the price range I had hoped for. Again, on the day of the job he and his apprentice turned up on time and carried out the job as quoted.I was very happy with the outcome, I was more than happy with the professionalism, the respect and politeness shown to me and the work ethic of Jordan. Requested a quote and within 2 hours Damian came out to quote the job, was friendly and happy to chat about the job so he could understand what we needed. Gave me a quote via email within a few hours (price was fantastic!) Then did the job within a few days, turned up on time, quality of work was brilliant and Damian and Nathan made sure we were happy and understood everything that they did. Will be my go to plumber from now on and recommend to everyone!
