Absoloutly disgraceful!!! Truck came with my daughters items but couldnt fit down the street, they said they will be back with a smaller truck, that was hrs ago and its now gone past 5pm, there is no number to contact them, customer center says closes at 5pm but was closed well before then, she's been waiting since 10 this morn now shes just stressed and upset, you better deliver it or she'll be sleeping on a hard floor.UPDATE, morning of Dec 31, they just never came back, at 7.30 last night had to travel an hr on the bus to kmart to get an airbed...thx for the stress and we will be expecting our delivery fee back!

I had very poor experience, the team leader were called (Nelson) appeared aggressively with disgusting manners. I hope someone look into this as I don’t wish any other driver to have their day ruined.

i have waited 2 weeks for a delivery of an item which was in stock at my local store. unfortunately it was a large delivery which wouldnt have been able to fit in my car so i booked delivery. now 2.5 weeks later i'm told it was delivered 2 days after my order by one person (which is wasnt as i was home on that day) and then told by online support that it is still at fairfield warehouse waiting to be picked up for delivery... just sitting there for 5 days.i then phone fairfield warehouse and get hung up on... then cannot get through to them again....I know times are tough with staff shortages and everyones still using the covid excuse... but come on!
