Kim Has being managing my property for over 10 years including while I was living overseas for 6 of those years and she and the team made sure that all affairs concerning the property were communicated clearly and taken care of as if it was there house they were managing. When it came time to sell Kim exceeded all expectations and the only down side was that I no longer had a property in Adelaide for the savvy team to manage they are what all real estate agents should be.
