Terrible experience with this store. They changed the rear camera lense on my iPhone X. Within weeks the lense was dirty with dust particles. When I told the store the person who served me originally said he would of told me my camera was dirty when it was fixed and basically called me a liar. Poor customer service, poor quality of work. Would not recommend.

Got my Pixel 3 repaired here, and have no complaints.Great service and great prices.It's a small shop, some more expensive stores quoted quicker repair times, but i was happy to wait a few days for parts.My phone also isn't a popular model.

Just dropped one of the children’s phone which screen would not show. Have done a fast and Fabulous job. Once screen was put in, the home button did not work. As advised it will need to be replaced. The screen is brighter and clearer then it has ever been. Came back in 20 mins. Said they checked again and got the home button working. Could have charged us anyway but did not. TOP class and honest service. Definitely recommending West Coast Repairs Casuarina Square.

Had a screen replaced and screen cover fitted. The worst repair with the screen glue lifting on one whole corner and the screen cover cracking from that corner the next morning. Took it back and all I got was you have dropped it, you have bent it etc. didn’t want to even acknowledge the glue lifting and the screen coming out. Rip off company and will never go back there again. Customer service was terrible and the people very arrogant. Never again and would advise everyone not to shop here.
