Gunjan was very responsive and solved my IT issues within less than an hour of an onsite visit. Reliable communication from initial enquiry to confirmation/timing of onsite visit (with regular updates). I would recommend and will use again.

Jim's IT got back to me promptly via SMS and phone. They provided the requested quotes on the same day and followed up with a call and valued advice on whether to do the upgrade . I did not pursue the upgrade option and Jim's were quite helpful in guidance on a new laptop. Overall they went the extra yard in helping me.
