the staff here are awesome. we were looking to purchase a new (second hand) car and these people offered advice, and support all the way. they were never bothered by my questions, checked cars for us and gave us reliable reports. they also look after our family's cars and we have NEVER had reason to doubt their work. absolutely brilliant people, fantastic service, reliable, honest, integrity and wouldn't go anywhere else!!!

Great experience today with MyCar. Oil light came on in my car, drove in and the young man filled up my oil with no issues. He was so very quick and helpful and got me back on the road quickly. Thank you

Needed a tyre repair - they did it same day despite being busy - and even fitted it for me. Friendly, helpful and courteous.

Lochie absolutely saved me pulling miracle after miracle out of thin air to get my little Rav safely back on the road.After initially being booked in for what was supposed to be a small auto electrical job, he managed to squeeze me in to replace my radiator when it blew up on the way to Mycar Rochedale, he then found time to replace my thermostat when it showed up as not working, and also identified that one of my tires was showing wires. When the place I had booked in to get the tires done lost my booking, Lochie pulled another hat trick and found time to do my tires, even going so far to get the tire delivered on a Saturday from another store to save me from driving on unsafe tires.I had spent 3hours calling around to different mechanics looking for a hail mary for someone to try and help me get back on the road after being stranded in Brisbane halfway thru a road trip, Lochie was straight onto it as soon as I called, and walked me thru every step of what needed to be done, even giving me a list of things that were non urgent to take to my regular mechanic when I get home in a few weeks.He also kindly watched my dog while he was on his lunch break, giving me a chance to grab a coffee and some food after I mentioned I hadn't eaten all day because I had been to busy with car troubles.I will absolutely be coming back into Rochedale Mycar on my way back thru Brisbane in a few weeks to get a few more bits and pieces done. It's very easy to be stuffed around by a mechanic while you're travelling, especially between the Christmas- New year period, but the boys at Rochedale were absolute legends.They give the MyCar and the Kmart brand a good name.

Thank you to the team at mycar Rochedale. Today as I was driving around my light came on to indicate that the pressure was low in one of my tyres. On our way home I stopped off at Shell Coles Express to put air in the low tyre but had no luck. I noticed mycar was still open next door but being after 5pm I understood they could be finishing up for the day and not be able to do anything. I was welcomed by Lochie who happily said he would look at the tyre, he checked the pressure and also accessed the tyre for any punctures. A puncture was found and so he continued to swap the tyre over for the spare and check the pressure in the remaining tyres. He also went through my options to sort out the replacement for later on in the week. Having two children with me Lochie and the manager were very accommodating.I work in a job where customer service is key so I am very aware of the service other people provide. Today I received wonderful customer service by mycar Rochedale and I’m very thankful.

MyCar are efficient, reliable and honest about what needs to be done to fix a problem. Thanks to Lachie for fixing our old Corolla today - let's get it to 500,000km!

I can't thank these guys enough for fixing my car after its emergency breakdown - they managed to fit me in and fixed my car within the day, even taking it for a test drive to make sure it was fixed properly. I received amazing hospitality in all communications with them, I'm absolutely over the moon about their job on my car. Thank you so much!!

Mycar Tyra & Auto have been excellent in their service in my emergency situation, bolt in the wheel and no lift to get home and working Monday to Friday with big deadlines at work.
