I've been meaning to write this review for years. I'd been searching for a property for many years with little success. Tom helped me secure the property I wanted, in the right price range, within 3 weeks. And I only saw 3 properties. It saved me a lot of stress and was actually a fun process. Tom kept me regularly updated on progress right up to the points of negotiating the final price and settlement. I also think I saved money because I never could have negotiated the way Tom did, it's too emotional. And he was polite with all the parties involved. I would never buy another property myself now.
