Thanks for wasting my time!I had a car window tinting appointment booked for 8am. Trying to be punctual I had arrived to the workshop 15 minutes early to find it being still shut, just to receive a messege from the store manager informing that whoever was meant to tint my car was not coming in and the service would need to be rescheduled.As I called the store manager to get a clear understanding of the situation he told me that he'd call me back to reschedule and compensate me for my time. Its been 2 weeks now, the phone call has never came.Not good enough, not so Happy Tint!

Booked tinting 3 weeks prior because of only availability. Took day off from work for the tint. Was called lunchtime before booking and was advised I could not have the tint done as he had too many dealer cars booked in. Then story changed to he had too much sickness. Resolution was just to come in the next day.. This wasn’t convenient for me with work and he couldn’t book the following day as I was told too far in advance.Waste of my time......feel advanced booking was not prioritised over dealership vehicles.Wish I could leave no star.Wish I had of read poor reviews before booking.Happy tint...........not Happy, not tinted.Rubbish !!!!!

Don't be fooled by low price this is a quality product and quality people. John is always a pleasure to talk to and Cassey is a gem to the business. She is friendly and engaging. Took car for a tint and now have paint protection as well. Price was outstanding. This is the 3rd car I have had a tint and never fails to impress.

Where to start, got the windows tinted on our car. After 2 weeks all the defects did not go away. Called happy tint to book an inspection to have the defects repaired. This is where the problem begin. After some of the rudest customer service possible and a number of visits they agreed to repair the poor tint.When picking up the car we noticed they had melted the plastics on the internal and external trims. Long story short we asked the the damaged they caused to be fixed. This took 3 months, lie after lie from there manager John and promise after promise. Towards the end John was not even man enough to take our calls passing us off to a number of employees ( leading by example ). If not for louise who seemed to be the one shining star at happy tint I am positive it would have never been fixed.Oh, the replacement tint was worse than the original tint so now we have to pay to have it removed and done all over again. It wont be Happy tint that's for sure.Shameful service and a shame I had to give even 1 star.

Do NOT get your Model 3 tinted here. They didn’t tint the roof and it looks dumb. Instead i have a line where the back window tint ends.They also tinted with a type of tint that is blistering at the bottom of one window. They said to not open the windows for three days, except on a tesla the windows open and close automatically each time you open the door! so basically you can’t avoid it. now i’ve got blistering at the bottom of one window. you pay for what you get.

Stay away from the Sunshine branch, workmanship is not good and I had the tint removed and they damage my car trim and don't want to accepting liabilityYou said that have treated my complaints to date with patience and good will that is after coming to the shop, emailing, calling and never getting a respond only after I post a review then you called.I insisted on a full refund because the workmanship was not good, if you believe that the standard of tint was acceptable then I guess you didn’t see the photos I sent the photos just a few days old and the tint was peeling off and the tint in the boot glass didn’t cover the entire glass.My door trim is damaged during the removal process.I never did express to the tinter on the day that I understood he was not to blame for the damage. I pointed it out and blame him for doing the damage.The person that removed the tint was using a flat head screw driver because I saw him using it and he did say that he used it to help with the removal.I was directed to the store’s designated waiting area/room because I had to wait 30 minutes because the person was working on someone else’s car.When the person was finished, I drove my car into the work shop because the person was smoking and I didn’t want the smell of cigarette in my car as I don’t smoke, so yes, I entered your workshop.If this was a OH&S concern why no one told me about it?On the day I had the tint on the car, I paid and drove off and came back in 2 min because the driver side window tint was not covered all the way and the person re did that window and I was in the shop next to the car waiting and no one told me about the OH&S so I guess OH&S is not a big concern for your company as you stated.I am accusing the person who removed the tint for the damage.I guess it is easy for you to say that you are not accepting liability for my complaint and to close this matter, I am sure I am not the only one that had our car damage by Happy Tint and you are not taking liability for the damage .

Cassie the branch manager provided the most outstanding customer service I've ever experienced. She's a true asset to the business. My car window tint looks awesome. The job was done in 15 minutes and at the most competitive price on the market. I highly recommend this business to anyone.Thanks Team Happy Tint.

Tried to make a booking to get my car tinted. The day before it was supposed to be done, they called me saying they made a mistake and there was no-one there at all so they had to push my booking forward by another week. Then, again today, the day before my rescheduled date I got a text (no phone call) saying that one of their workers broke their arm and they had to move my booking to 3 weeks later. I texted back telling them to cancel it and told them I didn't like their customer service. The response to that was very rude.
