The car wash itself was fair value for money. What annoys me is that people who are unfamiliar with this type of car wash would not know that you have to park up, go inside the station and purchase a voucher before approaching the carwash console as you cannot buy your wash there. There aren't any large print instructions before you enter the lane. There are highly detailed instructions when you get to the console including the instruction that you must purchase the voucher from staff members inside lol. This needs to be rectified.
