Make sure your online system is up to date to exclude days that you actually won’t be open. Booked a flu vaccination for today (Labour Day public holiday May 1). Tried calling the store, no answer so just thought the store was busy. Received a text message at 9.30am telling me that I had an appointment booked in for 10.30. Turn up to the store to find that it is closed.
