Good overall experience. Nice big store, with great selection of products. Found the product I wanted, staff were helpful. One staff member was particularly friendly talking with my young daughter and gave her a pink ribbon to take home.

Today my wife went there to buy a gift from Mini Max Camberwell which she requested to be gift wrapped. She was made to wait for quite a bit while the sales person serving other customers ahead of her.She felt humiliated and had to request a refund which the sales person did, without any apologies.Everyone, If you care to be a treated like a respectable customer i suggest you find another shop!

Older woman at the counter was absolutely the most rude abhorrent women I've ever met. Online store said a product was in stock at this location and this woman confirmed it was available but refused to go to the back and get the products for me. She was the rudest most foul mannered customer service representative I've ever dealt with. Actually human garbage employee.

I just want to share the fantastic customer service I received from a young lady at the Camberwell store a couple of weekends ago. I was looking to purchase a Wedgwood cup and saucer for my wife and could not be more pleased with the attentive service that I received. I wish all of my experiences with Retail assistants could be this good. I don’t know the young ladies name, but from memory she had a ribbon in her hair. Thank you to minimax for a great shopping experience! Also would be great if minimax would go to Chadstone. Would make my trip a lot easier as I am near that centre.

Layout is a little disorienting but has lots of stock most better quality items but a few bargains amongst them .

Would not return here. After checking in, showing my double vaccination status the staff member at the door would not accept my mask exemption requesting more proof and essentially implying I was lying. Safe to say we left and won’t be returning. Very rude. Lucky I’m not taking it further..

Poor customer service. Staff member was rude and didn’t acknowledge me. I even looked at her and smiled but she just stared and me- forced half a smile and walked straight past me to another customer on the far side of the store who had just walked in and started serving her. Not sure what her problem was but I didn’t feel welcomed in the store.

I purchased tea towels for the kitchen. I found the staff was very helpful in selecting the right tea towels. I was also looking to purchase a kitchen scales. The staff was helpful in showing me some different scales.
