My furbabies love all the vets, nurses and kennel hands at Greencross Vets, Maroochydore.Dr. Charles and Dr. Brook are exceptional in handling my very anxious Westie, Bowie and my other one, Papi, loves coming in even just to say hi to the lovely nurses, Jayah, Nat, Kat, etc. when we are off to Petbarn — just goes to show how warm and welcoming the clinic is!

Recently took our 17 year old cat to be euthanised. Receptionist and vet were superb with their empathy and the care they took to ensure we were comfortable with all aspects of the process. We were both too distraught on the day to say thank you and how much we appreciated their care and professionalism.

Great vet, nice and clean, lovely staff and very caring.

Had to take Elsa for her nails to be clipped, appt for 8-50am, got there early, in and back in the car by 8-45, great service and caring staff.

Dr Charles Morse is an exceptional vet with such a great care factor. The nurses are friendly and helpful.

I had a very disappointing experience at GreenCross Vet in Maroochydore. My dog passed away due to the clinic's failure to diagnose his condition in time, and I was forced to surrender my cat for treatment due to financial constraints. Despite promises from the clinic, I am unable to locate my cat on any RSPCA or animal refuge/orphanage websites, leaving me uncertain if she received the promised treatment. The lack of transparency and professionalism has left me feeling traumatized.

COMPASSION AND PROFESSIONALISMDr Brook Kelly at Greencross Vets Maroochydore is a professional and compassionate veterinarian that navigated me through the most difficult of times for a pet owner, having to make end of life decisions for my elderly dog.Dr Brook cared for my old dog with heartfelt sympathy and was absolutely knowledgeable around palliative care. She continues to care for my current dog with the same enthusiasm.I highly recommend Dr. Brook Kelly.

GO TO MAUD STREET VETS! DO NOT go here, absolutely no duty of care for the animals, money hungry company with no respect for animals, will tell you only need 50% of cost for them to start an emergency operation and then will tell you no actually now 100% of the procedure must be covered before starting, all while animal is dying, if you don’t not do this they will ask you to leave with no guidance or care as you are no longer a viable money source for them. Wanted $4000 for emergency procedure and was told to leave when it was clear we didn’t have the full amount after being told 50% was okay to start. GO TO MAUD STREET VETS! Emergency procedure only cost $2000 and this was now an out of hours procedure due to Greencross changing their minds constantly, our dog also got after hours care and extra that green cross didn’t even offerGreen cross sent us away with a dying animal and didn’t even over euthanasia, they were happy to let this animal die painfully
