Stay away from this company! I had Macauley do a full renovation on my pool 2 years ago with major issues from the completion of the pool. Even though there’s supposed to be warranty with the construction, he just keeps making up excuses not to repair the issues. He also illegally charges for QBCC insurance and doesn’t pay the fees to the QBCC, So there’s not much they can do when you have an issue.There workmanship is poor, there customer service is terrible! Save yourself the hassle of using this company. It’s a company that will be here today and gone tomorrow.

I had the pleasure of getting MJ Pool Restorations come and refurbish our pool, they were prompt, professional and any problems conveyed to us if there were any holdups. As with any work being carried out during this Covid era we expected some delays possibly due to materials supply chain. The guys were friendly and polite, and cleaned up after themselves. Thank you to Macauley and his team, you did a great job and we're able to enjoy this before xmas. I have read the other posts and feel this is not an representation of this company, and would recommend them to anyone.Kind regards

We chose MJ Pools for our pool renovation, the team were under the pump with so much work during the height of COVID and we had to wait for Macauley which we were happy to do. When they started the work it was all go and we were very happy with the workmanship and consideration of the team, particularly the office administration, which was so important as the guys were working all hours of the day and night. Our mistake was not following Macauley's advice, we should have put the boarderline tiles in, Dohh, but the pool area looks great. Check out our 20 year old pool now looking fab, the heat pump was the bonus, now swimming September to May.

From start to finish, MJ Pools gave us confidence we had made a good decision. They were easy to deal with. They used quality products and did quality work.
