Australia Post sends my parcels here, even though it's not my closest outlet.However, it is a very friendly place, and always a pleasure to visit. It is lovely to be greeted with a smile, and made to feel welcome.It is a much nicer experience than visiting some of the larger Post Offices.

I love this post office - I travel from Hawthorn to visit! Mana has amazing customer service. He is always smiling, friendly and is happy to help you with your parcels and finds the most cost effective way to send items. He also stocks great kids books and toys. It’s a great small post office. I wish there were more like them and all other post offices had the same customer service.

Been there a few times to collect packages. I am concerned regarding covid safety at this shop as at busy times, there is a massive line of people inside the shop, not a single person required to check in or show proof of vaccination status. One guy in line was obviously symptomatic of “hayfever”. Have to disagree with others regarding the service. All fine that this guy is “friendly”, but without proper enforcement of coronavirus safety measures, I can’t help but feel I’m held hostage that I have to pick missed deliveries at this shop.

Mana is friendly if you are there for a revenue generating service, less so when you request compliance with CHO orders. Definitely take extra care if going to this shop during rush hour. As a one man band, he simply cannot comply with COVID precautions. No one entering the shop is checked for vaccination status and lines build up at the end of the work day. Be safe and wear a N95 if you need to pick up a package there.
