The price was cheaper than RAA quoted me, who didn’t have my battery in stock anyway when they start jump my car this morning. Fantastic,friendly,helpful service.My partner and I were very impressed.We purchased x2 bikes,carrier,and bits and pieces.I want to put bike carrier on to take the bikes home,struggled with undoing the towbars.The woman who served us bent over backwards to help,then rang her husband who down the road graciously helped without a blink of a eye.Went back to store to purchase a better towball.Extremely impressed by all the efforts,I would recommend them both to anyone.Then we got on our way safe home thank you so muchOur visit today was extra special as my intention was to surprise my future wife and purchase a bike for her, so we may enjoy time spent out in nature, something we both cherish and now cherish together

Being local we try to shop with local businesses - some average & some very good. Supreme Automart are definitely in the upper range. Very wide range of motor accessories, competitive pricing and helpful service. Better than that they are friendly, try to help, offer alternatives and are honest. No better example than that was this week, when I took a battery in which I thought was possibly faulty as it was not charging correctly. Rather than look for a sale, they ran some tests on it, declared it fine and made some suggestions as to why it didn't appear to be charging. 10/10 for that !

What an extremely poor customer service.Firstly, advertising a product at a discount price that wasn't even in stock. Then receiving an email stating that they forgot to delete that particular item from their website and a refund would be forwarded to my account. 6 days later no such refund had been forwarded to my account, so a follow up by me, found that they hadn't even transferred the amount and asked for my bank account details so that they could transfer the amount direct today.You guess it, still not there.Public holiday tomorrow, so it wont be there until at least Wednesday.Don't deal with this company, and definitely don't buy online from them.
