I’ve never waxed before and had booked in for a full leg wax. Kelli was informative and happily explained the process. She also pointed out because of my fine hair I only needed a half leg so that is what we did. I loved the upfront honesty

I went in to get my eyebrows waxed and was pleasantly surprised when staff threw in eyebrow sculpting free of charge as it was my first time at Kokoro. The wait time for my appt was short, with friendly staff. I would 10/10 recommend Kokoro to friends and family, I had a great experience with Kelly, who was not only professional but made me feel comfortable as if I was in the company of a friend. Kelly explained everything she was doing, which was amazing. She listened and took my requests on board and did an amazing job with my eyebrows, I will definitely be coming back xx

I went to Kelli for brows & then a facial. After the facial we talked about ongoing skin care treatment & products. I purchased close to $600 of products that day which I was told would be delivered in 3 days possibly the following Monday. A week went by & I hadn't heard from Kelli. I contacted her numerous times & after a further week I sent her a text saying that I wanted a refund as I had not received the products or any update on delivery. Kelli said she would happily refund in full promptly & asked me for my bank account details which I sent her. Another week went by with numerous text messages & calls to her re: where is my refund? She sent me screenshots of the bank transfer but she had put in the wrong BSB number. I pointed this out to her & she said she would transfer immediately. Another 24hrs went by with nothing in my account. In the end I decided to walk away from the whole ordeal. My experience with Kelli was horrible. Her customer service skills I rate at 0. There was no follow up & there was no refund. I seriously do not know how she sleeps at night fully aware that she has ripped someone off for $595.I do not recommend, buyer beware !!

Absolutely wonderful service. Kelli was so helpful from the first second of speaking with her. I’ve had multiple negative experiences with lashes, eyebrow waxing and tinting, and brow lamination. Kelli suggested multiple things that would enhance my facial appearance in the best way. She talked me through, step by step how the appointment would play out and I trusted her completely. I felt comfortable and confident enough in her capabilities that I fell asleep for two hours while under her care.I would so so so recommend her to anyone in an instant. I’ve already got my follow up appointment booked in.
