I was having problems with my Altech DSD 4121 VAST Set top box, and two local techs advised me that I would probably have to buy a new Set top box. I finally rang NAS Australia and spoke with their Service guy Christophe. He was very helpful, and guided me through the process of doing a firmware upgrade. This was completely successful, and now everything is working perfectly. Fantastic service and friendly person to deal with. Thank you Christophe. Highly recommended!!!

I brought a UEC Vast receiver a few month ago. After having some problems with the box I contacted the shop where I made my purchase. They tested for me and could not replicate the fault. I was told to contact NAS. I had a hard time on the phone with them. They could not fix the problem. They were rude. They did not want to help me and tried to blame other equipment but I informed my other box worked so it could not be my cables or other gear. I would not recommend to deal with this company.

Had been a highlight of my trip in Brisbane to actually meet up with the technical guys to the guys dispatching equipments,was very impresed with the vast knowledge the staffs had of their products.Than after living my contact I was surprised to receive a call from the director himself and meet up after 3 years when I was back in Fiji.

I had 2 dealings with Christophe Bonavia. The 1st case being how to correctly assemble the aerial connector in which case he sent me the specific diagrams associated with how to achieve this. The 2nd case was after i had setup the aerial correctly but still was not receiving a service. I again contacted Christophe and he sent me the instruction on how to repair the error. On both occasions, Christophe replied within 15 minutes and addressed only the exact points of the problems. In all my years dealing with companies and, especially these days where most reply that they will get back to you within 48hrs, i have never had such excellent service. Christophe was polite, direct to the point of the fix and incredibly fast in his reply. I cannot thank him and this company enough- they are terrific to deal with. chris

Promptness of service and and quality/clarity of advice from Christophe Bonavia (service technician) was quite incredible whilst I was resolving problems with my decoder. Fast,efficient and clear. My problem became not a problem with his assistance. Thank you
