My favourite salon, 100% recommend.

Earlier last month I booked an appointment at the salon for 12:15 yesterday, got an email confirmation and added it to my calendar. I got a confirmation text the day before but didn't check it closely as I had all the details written down. Turned up for my appointment at 12:10 pm. I was sat down in the seat and told someone would be with me shortly. Then no one spoke to me for half an hour.... Annoyed I had wasted my time with no explanation about why the salon was running half an hour late I left. After this I originally left a negative review because I found it unprofessional and frustrating. Once I left the review I suddenly got a call from the owner. She berated me, accused me of being impatient and told me my appointment was at 12:30 as that's what they had written down and that my recollection of 12:15 was wrong and it was my fault I had to wait. She then demanded that I take down my negative review and reminded me of what a good salon they were. She then hung up. I went back and checked the text message from the day before which did say 12:30, however this was a changed time to my original booking. At no point in the text did it say please note your appointment time has changed"

Can highly recommend. Took my mum in and we got hair cuts from Kylie and Molly. Such a pleasant experience. Lovely, friendly, super customer focused. Great hair cut. Will definitely go back.

Had my first appointment last night and was in and out within an hour! I love that they didn’t make you wait in a chair for hours while they tend to a thousand different clients at the same time. All the ladies were lovely and happy. The salon is open until 9pm on Tuesday’s, Thursday’s and every second Wednesday. Conveniently located next to Isabella plains IGA and reasonably priced. Will be going back again.

Simply the best. I have to confess, as an older male my needs are very simple and I am in and out in 10 minutes. But I am always treated with the same care and excellent customer service as everyone else. You can tell by the reaction from all the customers that G'n'G is the best. The Studio is always clean, highly efficient and great value. The same goes for their sister Studio in Tuggeranong Square. All the staff are super friendly, attentive and highly proficient in their craft but a special shout out to Kylie and Miranda. Thanks team.

**HIGHLY RECOMMEND**Kylie is lovely and very accomdating from the moment I called. The salon is clean and smells amazing. The head massage from molly was to die for. It is nice to find this hidden gem that does amazing work for a great price. Thanks so much for such a wonderful experience this first time client will be back.

Partner uses the salon. Travels across Canberra to only use them. Treated with respect and is well looked after. I’ve picked her up many times where the staff always come out to say hello to myself and our puppy. Highly recommended. Great business

The were voted the best in Canberra for a reason! I have been coming here for over 6 years now and cannot recommend the girls enough! Not only is my hair always amazing, the coffee hot and the customer service exceptional. My daughter refuses to let anyone else cut her hair. 10/10

I could not speak higher of these lovely ladies! Their workmanship and attention to detail always leaves me speechless. They create such a friendly and funny environment and I always look forward to going there. I absolutely love going here and love spending time with all the girls!

I was having a bad day & needed to do something that would put me in a better mind set. I walked into the salon & asked would they fit me in for a color. I had long brown hair & never been blonde she made some suggestions & my hair was cut just above my shoulders & she put foils in. I was nervous how would I look blonde. I LOVED IT, A change is as good as a holiday, I was treated well & my mood changed as soon as she dried my hair.I HAD A GREAT HAIR DAY & Thank you to the staff. Will be back & recommend them highly.CheersKATHIE
