Detail Artist – Vinyl Car Wrapping, Window Tinting, Ceramic Coating & PPF Sydney

Brought my car to Detail Artisan straight from the dealer last week. I had my car ceramic coated, Audi rings resprayed into matte black, wheels into gloss black and brake calipers into yellow.Superb quality of work!! I must say that it looks way better than the one I picked up from the dealer a few days ago. Jessica, Eddy and the team are really professional, responsive and helpful in answering all my questions. They are extremely detailed in their work and well deserved a five star review.Will definitely come back for regular car maintenance!

Had our model Y and hilux detailed. PPF, tinting, caliper coating and some extra works on the Tesla. Hilux ceramic coated and detailed inside. The team at detail artist did an excellent job. The team are very particular about their craft.Shopped around and the guys were best priced.Would highly recommend the guys at Detail Artist.

Fantastic service and great outcome @detail_artisan certainly best general car wash (my car already with ceramic coating 18 months ago when delivered) experience in Sydney ! Highly recommended for whom who are OCD about micro-swirl mark from standard hand wash or frustrated with touchless automatic car wash ( remains dusty/sandy even after two runs). Will go again and bring wife’s car in next time .

Took my car in last week to get Graphene Coated and could not fault them at all. They're workmanship was above and beyond my expectations and even with any concerns that I may have had after service, they were more than willing to help.Highly recommend Detail Artisan and will be going back again for my other cars.

I Found this business on the net to detail and photograph a low mileage collectible modified unique car .Operator seamed efficient, easy to deal with, and friendly. I have opted for the highest spec’d detail, paint correction, and a touch up; not haggling on prices, welcoming surcharges and so on.Prior to leaving the vehicle at the shop for two days I have pointed out to the operator the compartment with small steering wheel volume control button, to the operators acknowledgement.Collecting the vehicle I was happy with the job, clean vehicle, good photo spot. Driving home I realized that the steering wheel volume control button is missing. I immediately contacted the operator with photos of the missing button and empty compartment. Three weeks later after many contacts on my behalf, and attempts to get the operator to replace the $50 part i have to replace it myself.No dramas either way here, but as a lifelong business operator myself I am certain that rectifying a wrongdoing and replacing a $50 part on a close to $800 job is a lot more cost efficient than a bad review of your business. I have articulated this to the operator numerously prior to resorting to negatively reviewing the business.To sum it up: decent job, according to the higher end price, as expected. Terrible after service, customer care, or accountability. I would not use this business again, nor would I recommend it after my experience.

Did a nice job with graphene coating on my car but would be great if you could also provide instructions on how to self maintain the car post detailing, such as what type of car wash to use what kind of chemical products to use.I had to Google and check on YouTube on how to maintain the car, how to wash, etc. Still I can't manage to get some water spots off my car.

From the initial consultation with Bernard to the end product explanation and care with Jessica was very professional. The guys did such a great job the car looked better than when I picked it up from the dealer.
