H&R Block Tax Accountants - Cairns

The absolute worse customer service I have ever recieved, updated my tax return after they recieved their money then they told me that they have lodged it which I thought about and wondered how they updated it without another signature for the updated revision, after which I rung back and got a different answer saying it has not been lodged, the tax agent I was dealing with was unresponsive and did not keep in touch through the process, they made a simple tax return hard, which is absolutely ridiculous.not only did this all happen after they took my money but when I requested my money back as other accountant only take money when they lodge the return they do it before and refuse to return it after all their mistakes.DO NOT USE THIS TAX AGENT!If you want to keep business, learn to do the job you have trained four years to do properly, utterly disgusted.

Have done my tax here numerous times. Had a bad experience last year but thought I would give them another try. Absolutely appalled with their staff who questioned and interrogated everything instead of helping and guiding me through a simple tax return. Ended up walking out due to lack of service and still tried to rudely make me pay.. yet my return wasn’t even completed. Definitely would not recommend!

Staff are always friendly and helpful. My regular accountant Angela explains everything fully and always goes above and beyond to get me the best tax rebate each year. Well done.
