They installed the (roughly )1m x 0.5m air intake vent UNBRACED ! This means it was only supported on one side. The other side had two shonky bits of 4x2 on the side attached to the side of the vent and nothing else. When the sparky went up into the loft, he stepped on the pine support" and his foot cracked the ceiling board. Cost to repair $700. Plasterer has never seen anything so shonky

Have made multiple after service appointments to fix the AC they installed, they have not attended a single appointment, AC is still broken and I am now forced to use another technician to fix their AC system

Thanks Winton.Thanks Winton, You were contracted to install the wifi for the MyZone, didn't do it (didn't know HOW to do it, you told me), and you left the controller on our door step and told us we had to do it ourselves.Nothing but trouble from the start. Duff controllers, don't do what you were paid to do. Don't come when you say you will.

Take your business elsewhere. I have been trying for weeks to get them to come and service my system. They constantly promise to turn up. They never do and they never return calls. Based on the issues with the installation this is obviously their standard level of customer service.

Had our system installed 5 years ago and had it regularly serviced every year. This year, now out of warranty I have been told that 2 outlets are disconnected. When I followed up I got ‘nothing to do with us, someone must have disconnected it!’ No solution offered, no follow up. Very disappointing customer service and we’ll now go elsewhere.
