That Little Yoga Place

I had never practiced yoga until I gave it a try with Cat a few weeks ago. Her class was so calming and rejuvenating. She has created a safe sanctum in Moruya with classes that don't intimidate and only empower. She makes you feel very welcome and her approach is intuitive, dynamic and always considerate of individual's strengths and weaknesses. I am now a regular attender and can't see myself stopping. Thanks Cat, extremely grateful :)

I have been practicising at the studio for around two years now. Cat is an amazing teacher, her classes are a great mix between a work out, stress relief and meditation. The studio is so cosy and safe, classes are trauma informed, there is something for everyone no matter your age or experience. Definitely worth a visit if you want to get out of your head and into your body. Thanks Cat and the team for being consistently awesome!

This is a little gem of a place! Cat is awesome! she welcomed me to all classes and without expectations or boundaries. She is passionate and truly there to make it a wonderful experience for everyone! Im moving so sad I won't be able to continue here but please domino hesitate to come here and do yoga. (its also a really lovely little community where people actually smile and say hello). I'll definitely be back when I am, in Moruya / Broulee again. Thanks heaps Cat!

Love this class. A very caring environment

I'm thoroughly enjoying yoga here. A very relaxing inclusive environment with all the props you could need so practice feels good. Cat guides you to listen to your body which is really refreshing. The Women's circle was also super sweet - a safe space to share about life with other women. I highly recommend this yoga studio!
