It was a great experience. I was able to drop my car off, told approximately the time to pick up, and the car was ready on that time, which was greatly appreciated.. the manager there John was of great assistance from start to finish and she should be congratulated for his service that he gave me. I have bought tires from Highway tires before and I go back because they are friendly courteous and go that extra mile to check anything for you. Also they will always offer you the best deal on tires and also carry quality brands. I also try to get there 1st thing as I can get served and wait for my car as I find they rarely refuse. They are a great place to go to for tires.

Had an emergency double puncture on my truck and the guys at highway were quick to respond and help with great service and advice to get me in and out as efficiently as possible. They even went the extra mile to try find a replacement damaged rim that I had. Couldn’t recommend them more!

So happy with the service from Highway Tyres. Had to get a puncture fixed. Staff were friendly, repairs were very reasonably priced and very quick. I am very grateful for the service and will definitely use them in the future.

Fixed my up for 4 Falken Wildpeaks on the spot. Good price. Only took a short time while I waited in the waiting room with coffee machine. Absolute legends.

Unfortunately the guys were too busy on a Friday afternoon to help me much. I didn't get a written quote or any suggestion that my business was needed there. The guy at the counter barely looked up from his screen.I went around the corner and got a better deal and great service.I'm sure that they are great but it was the wrong day for them.

Phoned in the morning, my tyre type were already expected that day so after they called back to confirm fitted in afternoon. Helpful staff and comfortable waiting room, will definitely be a return customer
