Josh is a wonderful physio. His approach is holistic. He explains the treatment he is providing you with in detail so you gain a deeper understanding of your body and how to take care of it in future. I highly recommend him.

After spending almost $1500 here, there was no improvement to me at all. I found the treatment was straight from textbook, no looking outside the box! Didn't wish to listen or acknowledge issues I was facing. I was being told that I had improved, however my body was telling me different! Frustrating experience due to time and expense I outlaid.

The clinic is very warm and welcoming but also very professional and tailor treatment to suit your needs. Sallie helped me with my knee injury and provided me with a great treatment plan, with an easy to use app for my exercises. Highly recommend.

Really loved coming here! I came here with a basketball related shoulder injury, the physio found the issue straight away and then left me with stretches to work on it.They guided and filmed me doing my stretches so I could take them home and keep working on them. Really felt like they wanted to fix me up and have me back to doing sport. Best experience with a physio that I’ve had.

Best Physio I have ever seen. Resolved my condition within a few weeks and even cancelled final appointment as it wasn't required. Left not only feeling better, but also armed with the tools to resolve the issue myself if symptoms arise again in the future. Thank you so much!

I had a lower back injury and had never been to a Physio before. After a ton of confusing recommendations for other types of back treatments that only gave me temporary relief I came across Inner North. They gave me a routine and practical tools to help me recover, plus prevent from reoccurring injury. It's been working super well and I can't thank them enough! They were wonderful! Clean and friendly clinic too. Highly recommend.
