Eyelash by Lucy ( Marrickville)

Have been going to Lucy for 6 years now! Always pleased with the results every time. My eyelashes haven't been damaged and they don’t look gluey, she is also very quick. Best eyelashes experience I've had.

The WORST service I have ever experienced! DO NOT BOOK HERE. The discrimination and disrespect Lucy showed me in front of another client was disgusting. Not only was I mocked and laughed at, but was totally humiliated.I do no recommended Lucy under any circumstances. A horrible experience and a complete waste of time. NEVER AGAIN.

Lucy is an awesome beautician . She is always on time and her lash extensions are beautiful and long lasting.I was in the salon when the woman who wrote a poor review ( above ) arrived . She was 15 mins early and had a tantrum about having to wait another 15 mins. Including slamming the door. I think this customers behaviour was ‘disgusting’ and Lucy behaved impeccably. It’s just sad that people like that customer can post a review which may affect a livelihood in a negative way. This is why I’m posting my review now.Please ignore her poor review . I’ve been attending this salon four years and give Lucy 10/5 stars .

I used to go here a few times but I've stopped going after realising eyelash extensions SHOULD NOT HURT.Very rough with application and also very rough with removing my eyelashes, to the point where she was pulling them out. The lashes are actually not high quality compared to others. Her price is cheaper than most but you get what you pay for.I've now found a new technician who is so gentle and absolutely zero pain.

I have been seeing lucy for 2 years and she is Amazing, she is pleasant and always does a Beautiful job, and her prices are very good.I highly recommend her.

Absolutely love Lucy and her lashes. She is quick and gentle and my eyelashes always look perfect afterwards. They last a long time as well and whenever I need infills she is always quick to accommodate my request despite her busy schedule.

Unfortunately the lash technician did not allow me to wear a mask during the session so was unable to complete the eyelash extension. I have always been allowed to wear a mask whenever I regularly get my eyelash extensions done. The salon looks like a previously used office with an open area where other women were being treated at the same time, so no privacy and multiple people being worked on. Ashame as this is a local business I would of supported, it is a bit beyond me the way I was treated.

Had eyelash extension at an establishment in Surry Hills and they bothched it after 2 attempts i.e. 2nd was to remedy the mistakes from the 1st!! Thankfully I found Lucy and she fitted me into her busy schedule as she could hear the despair in my voice. She was so patient during the consultation where she definitely listened to what I wanted because she did a fabulous job to fix it. I will definitely be going back to her again and again...
