There's a blonde lady who works at the Figtree store, I don't remember her name, but whenever I get my hair cut by her it is absolutely terrible. I show her a picture of what I want (a picture of me with my hair the way I like it, so it's not a different hair type or face shape etc.) and she barely even looks at it and does the same cut every time. It seems like it's the only cut she knows how to do. She always goes way too far up the back of my head with the clippers, cuts the sides way too short and then leaves a longer tuft on top. It looks awful and is nothing like what I have asked for. The last time I came was the worst haircut I've ever had in my life, and I still had to pay full price for this lady to butcher my hair. Shame because I've had nice cuts from some of the other hairdressers but you can't control who you get and I won't come back now just so I don't run the risk of getting her again.

My son (16) got his haircut, he was very pleased with his new shorter style. The ladies at Figtree Just Cuts are super friendly!
