Coles Caulfield

This Coles, though a way smaller space than most has a great variety of most products. Easy to use self service & assistant staff with at least 1 checkout staffed.The main issue that I have with this Coles is their lack of variety in Vego & Vegan products eg easy to make meals eg V or V patties ect things like Vegan flavoured Duck, Chicken or Lamb.1 person I live with is 100% full Vego, the other is mainly, so about 95% Vego. I'm basically a 95% Vego also. Being that we are, that do eat very random extremely small amounts of some form of meat though only very very rarely, except for hang over fast food ect LOL.Really would go there heaps more but there is very little in the V & V section, be it fridge or frozen.Other than these 2 product's which are very very important to our home daily. In general it's normally very easy to find multiple different choices on most productsThis Coles is great for it's smaller shop size & in general has multiple choices for most products.Ta

The worst Coles I have ever been to by a mile. I’d never review a supermarket but this place is bad. On each of my three visits management take staff away from customers, everything in the deli is blurgh, the aisles aren’t fully labelled so it takes ages to find anything, the staff are miserable walking zombies. Absolute soul destroying place

Staff are always so friendly and overall shopping here is a good experience.Today I asked someone if they had a particular item in stock and the man that assisted was really friendly, smiling and happy to help. He went out to the back and got me the item that I was looking for, handed it to me with a big smile and asked me what I was planning to make. It made my day to have such a nice interaction with him.The girl at the registers greeted me and was very polite.The store wasn’t too busy, staff were attentive and seemed happy to help. This was a great shopping experience

A pretty good mid sized Coles that has a decent range of goods and a nice Butcher/delicatessen. There aren't too many checkouts so there are sometimes lines and it is best to be prepared before you approach so you can be through as quick as possible. Staff are friendly and helpful, glad to point out a particular product or answer questions.

Lack of staffing as in all Coles supermarkets...pity there's no bakery here...otherwise I like this store. Also there is easy parking.

This star rating is for just one staff member name Naomi. She got no idea about customer service ( no greeting or smile). She needs to learn.

Great new store. Extended product range, and plenty of parking. Mostly self service registers, and quiet at the moment. :-)

I was in a rush and bought an expired salmon today and at full price!! I know I should have checked the best before date myself but I wish coles team check their products and remove expired items off their shelf so that people won’t mistakenly buy expired stuff, especially at a rush and busy hour… too late to go exchange or get a refund now. wish this could have been avoided! Please remove expired items from the shelf next tie

The advertisement says discount, but after payment, I found that there is no discount, and it cannot be returned or exchanged. absolute misleading sales.

Convenient location.They seem to recently have added more Indian grocery. And its way cheaper than other Indian grocery stores.
