DO NOT USE Mornington Cycles for Ride Wrap installations. I'm not a complainer by any means but I feel I need to share the poor experience I've had.Mornington Cycles was recommended as a Ride Wrap dealer and installer and I took it on face value that being a preferred Ride Wrap installer, they would do a professional job on my brand new bike. When I picked it up, I was astonished by how poor the installation job was. There were air bubbles on almost every part of the frame and fork, and the ends of some of the pieces were not attached to the frame at all. All in all it looked appalling against the black frame, rather than the seemless finish I was expecting to see. After $350 spent on the Ride Wrap kit and $378 spent on the installation, I was incredibly disappointed.I took the bike back into the store after speaking to the manager on the phone and he wasn't exactly helpful. In his opinion the job was one of the better ones he'd seen and if it were him, he would be happy with it. His only other feedback was that the store mechanics do the installation and that was the best they can do. After a long discussion the only compensation offered was a replacement frame wrap (Not the forks) and no refund for the poor job his team had done. In effect, I am $528 down on the installation plus I need to spend another $150 on a new Ride Wrap fork set; a frustratingly disappointing situation.This is the third wrap set I have purchased. The first two I installed myself for me and my sons' bikes, but the care I took also came with the associated time penalty and it was for this reason I decided to outsource the installation this time. I feel it's important for potential customers to know what to expect with their Ride Wrap installations.From what I can see from my visits to the store, the team know their bikes and they have a great range of products. Just don't go there if you want your Ride Wrap installed professionally.

Always such friendly helpful service at Mornington cycles. My road bike needed a gear adjustment and even though the guys were busy they fitted it in straight away and then showed me another trail to ride my e bike also.Thanks Mornington Cycles.

I bought a simple brake hood replacement, I couldn’t put them through an external website so they help me out through the phone, they were helpful and kind! Recommended

The team have provided excellent after sales support with no question or issue being too big or too small. They have great bikes and the expertise to back them up. I highly recommend Mornington Cycles.

I found the staff at this store very lack- lustre. I wanted to test ride an e-bike and was talk that I could only do that in the car park. I wanted to get fitted and it was clear they didn’t know how to fit a bike. And we wanted some servicing done on the bike before buying it and they told us it wasn’t possible.I still bought the bike because I had done my homework - but not a good experience. We then picked it up 3 days later after reminding them we were waiting. The Wednesday staff were much better.

Experienced friendly staff that did more than I expected setting up my new bike, peddles and shoes. Quality products. Couldn't have been more helpful.

Was looking for a road bike to replace a 10yr old Trek Madone. I always try and support shops that have great service and prices. Mornington cycles met and exceeded my expectations. The service was first rate and they sold me the bike I needed, not the glossy bike I thought I wanted. Ended up with a cannondale super six evo which was never on the shopping list. For a store that holds Specialized, Trek and Cannondale- you can’t go wrong at this shop. Bizzy and Mitch were great. Thanks for getting me into the 2020s with this bike! Ken

Great service and super friendly staff. Just had my bike serviced here and was very happy with everything. Also organized to have my bike wrapped and they organized the pick up and drop off for me. Very happy
