This service cause more harm to fixing the problem when it's down to HR matters. Poor management when it comes to investigation with malicious approach to solving. Lack of knowledge with approaching the issue. Seems like this service tend to create more harmful gap and speculate/instigate wrongful opinion that might effect someone's employment. Just an advice, consent email to receive a call or a work related discussion is always a courtesy. If being HR is to let go of your humanity, please rot in hell.
