They picked up BREAD already FELL ON THE FLOOR!!!! and put in the bag and sell it to customers. Omg. Lucky customer saw that. They didn’t seem feel guilty of doing that. Still keep the bag that has bread that already on the floor. That’s disgusting!!!!

I went to this place this morning around 9am, and only two bags of toast bread left, and I asked the two staff there if they were left over from yesterday, and they answered in a really bad attitude The toast bread are made today

The Swiss chocolate and tiramisu were yum. When you order in advance you get discount depending on the size of cake. Thank you so much for making my day special.

Be careful when you pay they overcharge you. I bought their closing special, 4 for $9 and then a bag of cookies for $4.50. I also paid $0.20 for a plastic bag and the lady charged me $15. The other lady even said something to her and pointed to the cookies. I only noticed i got ripped off when i got to the car.

Very bad customer servics, do not recommend at all. I went there around 6pm. There are still a few customers inside the bakery. However there is no tray at the front, which my mum ask the staff to give us a tray in Chinese. And the staff have ignored my mum. Which my mum have ask if no tray can give us a bag. She understands the shop may closed soon, and the staff do not want to wash the tray. However the staff still just ignored my mum.

I normally purchase bread from this show in the past and never got charged for bags to contain my purchases. Now they want to charge for the same type of bag for things I purchase from their store, so unless u want to hold multiple items. I wouldn't recommend purchasing from here anymore.

Nice little Asian bakery by the corner in Burwood Plaza. Love their Taiwanese snacks and desserts. Very original just like as if i was back in Taiwan. Great service, will definitely be back
