I had contacted HikVision Australia by sending a request through their website, received a phone call from a guy who introduced himself as from HikVision, then came to inspect the site & send me his quote after demonstrating what is the quality of HikVision< I was having another contractors doing different job as I am establishing a new business, William called to follow up the quote which included 8 HikVision cameras system as I requested, when came with his team to install, I couldn't stay to watch, when I came back to site I found that he installed Hilook cameras, called him wondering what s going on!>? he answered its too bad that I did not search the model number of the camera which is mentioned in the quote, I explained to William that is absurd because initially told him I ONLY want commercial grade HikVision cameras, he was very deceiving & didnot end here, William start calling my contractors to defame me by fasle allegation of being not paying him!!, no warranty or what s so ever, as I tried to reach him for technical support, he never answered my calls, I wouldn't recommend him as he s not professional & also he is not honest PLUS his installation is sucks!!!
