I used to like this gym and the owners but the manager here is more interested in the money then your success. I ve been training in different f45 cause my work requires me to travel around and here the young trainers don’t helps you enough fixing your form and helping during the classes. I’ve decided (mostly for the attitude of the manager Emy) to take the 3 months membership I was committing at the studio in Cbd even tho it ll require me longer drives.

Absolutely recommended F45 Cairns beaches! The sessions are fun, the trainers are great and everyone is so welcoming. One of the things I love about F45 is that the workouts are suitable for all fitness levels and only 45 minutes a session so it is easy to fit into your day. This was perfect for me starting training again after having kids :)

I have never felt comfortable to go to a gym on my own or confident in what type of equipment I should be using. F45 has helped me to feel stronger and more confident in my abilities. I love how much support I have received from every single trainer at the Northern Beaches facility. My only regret is that I didn’t join sooner!

Being new to North Queensland and never done a F45 before I was excited to train in a high energy environment and meet new people. The crew at F45 Cairns Northern Beaches have been so welcoming and motivating. Very glad I made the decision to push myself out of my comfort zone and join the team.

I have been going to F45 Northern Beaches for a few months now and absolutely love it. The coaches and everyone else is so friendly, it's a very positive environment. Every class is fun which makes it so much easier to do your workout and get a lot out of it. Couldn't recommend it more.
