Absolutely terrible venue booking system where staff have no courtesy to inform and update you on your dates you have been working with back and forth with their staff, only to get rude shock that the venue is already booked for your date by other party who have jumped in. Owner and staff displayed Zero care, zero due diligence, complete lack of communication and money driven mindset. Unprofessional and unapologetic bunch, Avoid!!

Visited this place for the first time. We had veg food. Rotis were soft. Planner tikka curry tastes very very close to you get in India. We are definitely coming back soon.

We went here for a party that was organised in the party hall. From the minute we reached..our server introduced herself to us...and till the end made sure everything was catered to. A special mention to their service..where they kept an eye on each table and made sure they got us all the refills..any help that was needed.Vegetarian food was quite nice.Overall a really nice experience for guests when attending a party there.

3.5 is a better score, the food is okay but nothing amazing but its fairly cheap so that may be why, its not very aromatic compared to a lot of other places, I got mango chicken and kadai chicken with saffron rice and plain naan, theyre both nice but not the best I have had, it sort of tastes like it comes from a packet but the chicken in it is fresh and nice but there is far far more sauce than chicken so that's disappointing. The rice was nice and the service was friendly, we may come here again some time, its easy to get to and has great parking at night, it looked nice enough to dine in.

From the initial planning stages to the execution of the event, everything was executed with precision and perfection.The menu options provided by were extensive and diverse. Whether it was appetizers, main courses, or desserts, their selection was impressive.Thank you, Team Jaggi, for making event a truly unforgettable one!

Hired the private function room for a family event and can not recommend this place enough! Professional service, presentation was lovely, heaps of food and reasonable price. Would not hesitate to recommend!

Expensive awful foodWe visited on a Monday night around 6pm. We were the only ones at the time. Service was prompt however the food was beyond flavourless. We ordered onion bhaji', a fish curry, Shahi paneer curry, rice and a garlic naan. All of which was BLAND. The underground cellar needs a good clean, it is filthy down there when you look down. The outdoor area looks bleak and tacky. The food tasted like it had been sat in a Tupperware and reheated then served.The fish Masala curry was disgusting, it was made with battered fish pieces instead of fillets. It's like they ran out of fish and used frozen fish nuggets that was coated in in batter. No where in the menu description did it say battered fish in a curry sauce, luckily we aren't gluten free.The Shahi paneer had an unpleasant rubbery texture. The paneer was was crumbed which was odd it was not in pieces. Generous amount but it was bland. I ordered this mild.The onion bhaji were over cooked, extremely dry. The dips we got with out pappadums were interesting.The naan bread and rice was as expected - good.The staff really should leave the front row of car spots for customers instead of staff. We were the only customers there and the first carpark was full.
