I had the best experience at Dental Lounge Double Bay! The staff made me feel more than comfortable, especially since I have anxiety around dentists. I didn't even feel like I was at the dentist, the surgery is absolutely beautiful and so comfortable to be in. Thank you to the amazing dentists, nurses and receptionists for making my experience so wonderful. Will definitely be going back!

I'm new here and it took me a while to trust a dentist. I'm am so happy to have found them now. They have the best technology and make it fun! They are so sweet, warm, comforting, and helpful, and also knowledgeable, great at what they do, and explain everything. I absolutely love Milana and Maria! Dr. Verdian put me at ease in getting dental work done and made it a positive experience and did a great job. It's also nice that you can get a such full range of services including orthodontics in one super nice state of the art location. Plus, they always have fun jams playing and there's even a bar :)

UPDATE Dec 2022 - Dr Gamer did reach out around dinner time which is why I didn't answer. I phoned the next day and left a message for him as no answered the phone - all this was in my review. If Dr Verdian 'didn't hear back', it wasn't for my lack of trying. No one passed on the message.Why I'm even wasting my time writing this update now is the absolute blatant lie that Dental Lounge wrote that someone tried to contact me. How about someone PICK UP THE PHONE or SEND AN EMAIL, not hide behind a passive aggressive reply to a review, to let me know exactly who and when that allegedly was? I won't hold my breath... No one - not the practice manager, the admin team nor anyone else, bothered to email/call. I get it, you're trying to cover yourselves but you're not flipping your staff's inability to follow up on me, its rubbish and I'm not going to let it fly.I did see your customer reviews and stories and I know mine is one you don't want people to read but outright lying is not the way to deal with a negative customer review. Own it, apologise, but don't blame the client for your staff's ineptitude.Its unfortunate, but the clumsiness of your reply has made Dental Lounge look a whole lot worse._______I don’t particularly like going to the dentist, but when I decided veneers might be for me I did some research via the practices advertising on socials. Earlier this year I kept seeing Dental Lounge pop up on Instagram, their work looked great, staff seemed engaging and friendly, very patient focused and from the glossy posts and fab looking Double Bay clinic I thought that they could be a good option. I was wrong.To make a long story short - I contacted them twice to book a consult via email and Instagram and then had to call a week later because I hadn’t heard from anyone. Not a great start but they apologised and I went for my appointment. Upon arrival the receptionist barely bothered to glance up from her computer, she made eye contact, didn’t say a word and left me standing there waiting - a greeting might have been a nice touch, a smile perhaps, it wasn’t busy…. I wasn't getting a great feeling. The appointment went ahead and photos taken, poking around in my mouth, and I told them I was prepared to do comprehensive $$$$ work if that would give me the results I was after. Dr Verdian is very nice but there was no discussion about what might be good options for me or costings. I left with no information but was told to come back in a week for a plan. I was asked to come the following Thursday but they couldn’t actually give me a time and was told someone would call me. I walked out of there with a feeling no one would. Guess what - no one did….Then a week later I got an appointment ‘cancellation’ text - (they were cancelling an appointment I didn’t have???) so I called, twice. I left a message – it was mid afternoon no one answered the phone and no one returned my call. That confirmed for me I wouldn’t be going back to DL. I sent an email to the practice manager that I wouldn’t be going ahead and why. Dr Verdian did call that evening and left a message apologising, I returned his call the next day and left a message for him. No reply from him and I never had any response from the practice manager.Customer service is seriously lacking. Very disappointing from first contact, to the consult, and the complete lack of follow up. What they're spruiking is not what you get. And considering I was prepared to spend a large amount of money, I expected more than have to chase them at every point.I had debated at the time as to whether to post a review about DL, I was really disillusioned with the whole experience which made me rethink even going ahead with treatment but recently found a wonderful team of professionals that did an outstanding job, and the polar opposite of DL, so I took my business to them. My advice to anyone considering a major treatment - the good ones are out there. Just not this bunch unless they pick up their game….
