Very disappointing service in so many ways. Was promised 200GB data on purchase of new iPhone but didn’t receive it. Was not told phone I purchased was 4G not 5G which would have influenced my purchase decision. Was told manager would phone me back, they didn’t. I tried to phone the store several times, no answer. Also Purchased $60 screen protector which cracked next day and they wouldn’t replace. Said I had to claim warranty myself through overseas manufacturer and this involves paying shipping fees. I will never use this shop again and caution everyone to deal with Optus direct on their live web chat - so much easier than dealing with this shop!

Didnt feel like a valued customer.. website noted open til 7pm..tried to phone for assistance at 6pm after being at store earlier and store had closed. Disappointed

Great staff, helpful and friendly, was served by a young guy Elon， He helped me apply and set up my home network.I can’t speak for any of the other reps but he took the time to talk to me, understand my issue.Because the problem is very complicated, he patiently understood the situation and spent more than three months to help me follow up and solve the problem .100% recommend when you go into this store to ask for help from Elon.His conscientious and responsible attitude is impressive, because having such good employees improves the goodwill of this company.

I would like to say a big thank you to Kevin. My elderley Aunt and I went to the store for help minutes before closing time. Kevin helped us solve the problem with a smile on his face, even though it took longer than we thought it would. What a truly lovely gentleman he is. I can't praise him enough.

Very bad service. Waited for minutes then 2 of them finished serving a single customer. The girl approached me since I was the first waiting. The guy approached the 2nd customer waiting. I asked about a plan and wanted to take it. The girl then told me she is a trainee and cant do contracts. So why would you entertain people when you have limited sales capbility. I was told then to wait another 10-15min for the next available person. What a horrible service. In fairness to the girl, she was friendly but management have a wrong procedure if they expect the girl to be entertaining customers with limited powers.

Would like to give zero stars. Shouting to clients? due stuff is not familiar with their computer system, told me my service was not with their store they cannot do anything and ask me to go home? I challenged him for his service attitude then ending up with shouting to me? Yes I did say you shouldnt do customer service job since you are not qualified, but that's true.Though the other stuff helped and found the info, the first stuff is really rude, not suitable for the job at all! If you are doing customer service, how can you tell a customer to go back home due you don't know how to use the system?Will never buy anything from them any more.

Don’t understand what going on with this services! So disappointed!!Been using one account of Optus nearly 10 years never met this situation, Trust them service that is why decided to use more two new account with them.But think that is wrong decision. So disappointed

Horrible services！ Used for 7 years，quit the company because the horrible services. Which Ｉmean the middle age lady who knows a better quality products at good value and refuse to give the cheaper plan to the old customer which does not make any sense at all. Horrible attitude just makes me sick，why this kind of person are on the service industry if she hate her job so much？
