Social Soup

I have collaborated with Social Soup a handful of times and always been impressed with the communication, support and follow up. They work with great brands that are meaningful and legitimately have awesome products.The reason I decided to finally write a review on Social Soup is because of the experience I’ve just had with Cara N! I’m currently involved in a campaign and unable to source the product locally, so Cara showed up at my front door with the product AND a box of chocolates (because I forgot Valentines Day)!!This may seem nice, BUUUUUT Cara is from Victoria, and I live in Sydney. She came to Sydney for business, and detoured from the airport to my home with the product!! This is seriously next level customer service that has really blown me away!!What an absolute pleasure and text book perfect example of ‘going above and beyond’ … if I were a client of Cara’s, I’d be enthusiastically signing up for another campaign!Thank you Social Soup for putting the customer at the heart of what you do!
