I and my sister go there and it is really fun! we have made go many new friends there me and my sister and both seiner belts and wish I started years ago because if the most fun thing ever, I and my sister are green belt blue tip but I just passed my grading in three more months it is my sister grading for a blue belt.

My daughter wanted to try out Tae Kwon Do and got a free trial. We were happy that we did as Instructor Adam was the best. After a year and a half, she is now a green belt.

When my step-daughter first started with First TaeKwonDo Albany, she could not look up from the floor, as her self esteem was so low. Having Autism she struggles with social situations, however Instructor Adam was so welcoming and her anxieties soon eased. The classes are well structured and all the students are amazingly supportive. Miss 14 has recently passed her first grading, and broken her first wooden board. Both of these things we did not expect her to be able to do only a few months after joining. I can not fault Albany First TaeKwonDo.
