POOR CUSTOMER.SERVICE UNPROFESSIONALNot interested in travelling 12 km to installVents and Whirly birdsNot interested in even quoting!!Not helpful,not interested in their clients!In response to their reply,it is pointless doing a quote over the phone,as the roof cavity needs to be established.As I said, they can't be bothered with small jobs...just a quote over the phone is Not good enough and does not address customer requirements and services.
