One of the best customer services provided by the staff, going above and beyond to make sure the customers needs are met and very respectful. I do not even live locally, but with the service me and my friends received, I will only be coming here from now on!

Always excellent and professional work done here. I always get my pants hemmed here. For my wedding, my wifes dress and daughter's dresses were altered here and they could not of asked for a better quality job. Friendly 5 star service.

I had given my dress on a Wednesday and was told to pick up the dress at 1pm on Saturday. When I came to collect my dress I was told to give them half an hour and that was because they hadn’t even started on my dress. They started at the time they told me to come and collect. Even after half an hour had gone by, I was told to continue waiting as they hadn’t finished which then was done an hour and a bit after 1pm.The dress was still extremely loose and although they had asked me to try it on, I did notify them on the Wednesday that I had an event on the Saturday. They did have my number and had they contacted me the morning of Saturday I would have organised my day better but there was no communication.Overall, I paid almost $90 for a dress that was only started AT THE TIME I was told to come pick it up and was also not sewed properly.The customer service is lovely but you cannot be “quick fit” if you’re late on orders. This was poor service for a shop who has lovely people.

Had a pair of jeans hemmed. I was in a rush so picked up item yesterday and only saw the stitching now. The hem stitching is so CROOKED that i can’t believe anyone, anyone!, who charges for their work would think it’s acceptable. It would’ve taken an extra minute to unstitch and another minute to run through the sewing machine using the guide. Unprofessional and disrespectful to paying customers. Only gave one star as it was ready on time. Never again.

You won't get a smile out of the bloke with specs but he did a great job hemming my pants.
