They normally do a good job. Ordered 2 butter chicken on 5 Oct 2021 and both curries were really watery and almost bitter. I am not sure what happened today and I hope they can work on their consistencies.Edit: I am quite touched and impressed with the offer that you have made. The customer service makes it up for this. I will take up on it and will update the review. Thank you.Further Edit: I did not take up the offer as I understand that small businesses are struggling. I've had my take away order again last week and it was tasty and yummy as I remembered. Considering their response and the recent taste, I've updated my review to 5 stars. Thank you :)

We ordered this tonight, it was a great experience to realise our normal Indian restaurant is far superior. The Butter chicken (which 1 of the 2 were missing) was just canned tomato soup. All curries were extremely watered down, the meat was lacking and horrible. The naan bread was extremely dry and not authentic - maybe they were busy being a public holiday but it was a horrible standard, if it’s busy I’d understand if it took a while (which it took just over an hour) but the quality of food shouldn’t change.

On 3rd March around 8pm we ordered UberEats: 1 Tandoori Chicken Entree and 1 Biryani.The food arrived in roughly 30-40 mins. After receiving the food and opening it up, the tandoor chicken was really bad and had all the gravyness on it and the piece wasn't cooked properly.The biryani when opened, had something different about the look and smell. When we broke into a leg piece, it was under cooked and smelled spoiled. Not sure if they had this refrigerated and sent it to us when we ordered. But the food was not at all edible with the state it was in. We had to throw away the whole order and also reported it to uber but had no compensation from them for such a service.Overall it was a really bad experience and we will never be ordering from here again.

Keep away from this place, terrible customer service and food!! Try Indian Appetite on Patricks road, their reviews speak very highly of Indian appetite. Also available on door dash. Item placed in freezer for proof. As I have allergies to the contents of the dish I needed the dish saved to take to the Dr's so the allergen can be identified, my appt is later this week without going off. My Dr is SRI Lankin so they will be able to advise. No ownership taken by the restaurant for sending the incorrect dish. Their Naan bread was disgustingly greasy, customer service was just as bad as their food. I will post an update after my Dr's appt.Update, definitely a Butter Chicken sauce not a Vindaloo sauce verified by medical testing!!! The entire container was sent off to pathology so there is no way it could be wrong!!!

Have gotten a number of favourites from here including the best cheese naan I’ve ever eaten as well as delicious flavourful curries, mango lassi and more. The staff are all welcoming and friendly and the restaurant is a great space. Highly recommend and is my go to for beautiful Indian cuisine.
