Detailed 2 Perfection

Unfortunately I'm unable to write a positive review, which is what I was really hoping to do. My experience has left me with a bitter taste as I feel I didn't get a Detailed 2 Perfection job done on my care. I choose this company above my other 3 competitors because I was left feeling good after having been given my quote and explained what was going to be done to my car. Some of the most disappointing items are - exterior paint swirling was promised would be removed by their waxing/polishing process - paint swirls still remain, inside air-vents not even cleaned out, driver door scratches promised to be removed - they still remain, tyres not even black wiped, engine bay was promised would come up as new after steam clean - engine looks the same as it did before I left my car with them, wax marks on body of car.My car looked shinny on pick up day, but after closer look at home, all was revealed. This is not something I believed would be the case.I paid them in good money and all I was hoping for was Perfection job on my car, as per their business name. I am really disappointed in having to write this, but I will never recommend them to any of my friends looking for a detailer, nor would I ever go back. THIS SHOULD NOT HAVE BEEN WHAT I WANTED TO WRITE - VERY DISAPPOINTED.

I can't speak any more highly of Steve. Got my new car ceramic coated at Detailed 2 perfection and was not disappointed. It's clear that Steve loves his job and takes so much pride in his work. Not only did they do an amazing job, but the service was fantastic. I would highly recommend to any body thinking of using their service!!!

Steve is extremely knowledgeable and meticulous with what he does.I take all of my cars to him.HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.You definitely won’t be disappointed.
