Terrible experience with this business. Came to my workplace to clean my car inside and out a week ago. Boot was not vacuumed which I didn’t notice until I got home from work unfortunately. Contacted John who initially said he would come and do the boot the following week when I was at work again. He apparently turned up today and sent me a msg which I missed by a few mins. When I went out to find him he had gone. Called and he said he waited and couldn’t wait as time is money blah blah. Had my phone number but didn’t try and call me. Said he’d spoken to the guys and there was a Holden station wagon which had a load of dog hair last week that they couldn’t clean. This was not my car and I sent him photos to show it was just other bits in the boot. He has refused to come and rectify it and refused a partial refund. Instead told me he should be charging me an extra $55 for coming out this morning, what a joke! Can’t even do a proper job the first time and then tries to say it’s dog hair and charge me more for coming out this morning. In addition wheels hadn’t been cleaned properly and the glove box hadn’t been cleaned either. I’m not one to complain at all usually, but this was terrible customer service and extremely rude! Avoid this business! Total cowboys!Edit: so John hasn’t responded to my last msg but has obviously seen his rating has plummeted after my review so what does he do?! John has jumped on and rated his own business 5* so that his overall rating goes back up to 4*! Tells you a lot that doesn’t it!

I can’t speak highly enough of the friendly, professional, excellent service provided to me by John and Jacob. They washed and waxed my very dirty Caravan and 4WD and I’m thrilled with the result. I will definitely be using Detail West for all my vehicle cleaning requirements from now on. Thank you very much.
