Terrible customer service, very disappointing. We do not recommend & especially not recommended for women customers.I booked my car in to have a rear tail light and boot lid replaced. Upon arriving, I was told the boot lid was already sold, but another colour was available. Obviously I was not keen on an odd coloured boot as that is not what I had organised. To hear the part I travelled/booked in to buy was suddenly not available was extremely disappointing.I then planned to have the tail light housing replaced to make the trip partially worthwhile and I would find another boot lid elsewhere.Mitsiwreck fit the light, but failed to tell me that with the new light, the current boot would not close.I felt pressured into buying a new alternative, as they'd discovered a boot lid the correct colour, but with spoiler holes was in stock. To secure the deal, the mechanics offered to fill the holes and they would charge $40 less than the original boot lid. To this, I agreed, but it was only after the boot lid was replaced that the mechanics suddenly discovered the only filler they had was coloured red, so they put duct tape over the holes instead of filling as promised. An appalling result with appalling customer service. It cost $445 for an incomplete job and a frustrating experience. After emailing the owner about our disappointing experience and waiting a few days, there was no response.

Very expensive second hand parts as new ones. And qualities are pretty bad, so I came back few times to exchange them - wasting of my precious time. They even did not refund money for the faulty parts but gave me a credit on a paper. Very unpleasant service

Purchased a second hand challenger rear garish. Had primer sprayed over half of plastic which isn’t easy to remove( no thinner or acetone didn’t work) Paid good money then had to spend an hour to sand and buff to remove paint which included removal and re sticking lettering. Before installing

Wow best customer service ever!!!! We bought a door handle from Mark, which Aus Post lost! We had to get another one sent and then Aus Post needed the sender being Mark to contact them and do all the run around work for us to be refunded. Mark was so patient and very helpful throughout all of the muck around with Aus Post. Door handle was perfect and exactly what we needed. Express posted all the way over to WA. Thanks Mark will def recommend you to all my SA family and friends.
