I bought laser 2 years ago and every service they charge you 300-400$. Or they will ask you to buy new model for full price which means your 2 years old laser will be a rubbish. be ready for it. More expensive than the car service

PunctualI wish servicing rotary levels weren't as expensive since it only takes a quick calibration

Used to be good - I've bought a few thousand dollars worth of levels off these guys over the years, but as soon as there was a problem with one, the customer service went to s**t. They're cheap, but not worth it.

Really disappointed with these guys. I bought a brand new Geomax rotating laser. When the receiver began malfunctioning I phoned them to let them know I was having a problem with it. Henry immediately suggested that I must have knocked the receiver and damaged it. An odd judgement to make given that he hadn't even seen it yet. When I visited him in his Lindfied repair shop although he couldn't identify any damage to the receiver he anyway suggested that I must have damaged it somehow. He refused to repair it or exchange it but instead offered to sell me a new one. I off course refused and left the shop.Another rotating laser he repaired" was in fact not repaired. When I informed him that it was still not working he said that there was now a new issue with it and would now cost extra to repair the new issue.These guys were good before but not now."
