After thoughtful consideration and after giving ample time to this company to finish their unfinished job, I am sadly writing this review so other don’t get into the same mess. I got fiberglass pool installed by these guys, knowing little what I was getting into. They will make big promises when you sign the initial contract and afterwards, no clear explanation of anything, no proper paperwork on completion or any handover. Once they receive their payment, they stop answering calls!!! Getting pool Installed by Joe was a big mistake and I now have to pay extra to get everything organised and running!! They lost the skimmer box cover, and then refused to take any responsibility. Charged $800 extra from me for coping but never did that and then refused to refund!!! The list will go on. Joe is highly unreliable and unprofessional person and I am taken aback by his unscrupulous behaviour by providing a pool with potential hazards!!

Great family owned business who did a great job. They make sure you get what you want and there are no hidden surprises. Thank you Joseph and John!

JS installed our pool in March 2022 and the experience was awful. They installed the wrong colour, overcharged, cranked the chlorinator which burned our skin and was toxic. Finally they installed the skimmer box crooked so our pool is leaking. No sign of Joe despite repeated attempts. AVOID!!!!
