Just rude and aggressive. The product not terrible but the staff culture isn’t good, especially the delivery driver.

You see how the staff park their car. You can predict how they do their work........ Whoever drives the company car should know that they are representing the company.

Company values and culture can be judged from recruiting process.My mate received a phone from this comany last Monday to ask him to come to a job interview on Friday. To attend the job interview, he cancelled our travel on Friday. However, he had not yet received any confirmation email until Thursday. Even on Friday, he still did not get any phone calls from this company. It is a REDICULOUS practice!!!

I would like to comment on the company's reply to the person who gave 1 star review,I have known 3 people who work for your company at present,so I've heard there opinions of what they had experienced as part of the sales team & the istallers,seems they find many issues that are caused by poor processes in place that lead to a lot of mistakes made that increase time & cost,they see many issues often that they have to deal with,they do not have a glowing reports to tell of,& only having the best people working there is misleading, as I know people 3 people who I can honestly say there not the best at all,I've seen the person who does sales there who's far from high standards,his appearance is not the best & nither is his hours at work;spends most afternoons on his couch at home,this review is made to the company's comments that I've seen aren't very factual based,I base my opinion from many hours listening to the 3 people who work for the company telling of constant delays to finish installs because the site isnt ready when they get there & mistakes made that no one is held acountable so theres no improvmen in place,my review has been truthful.
