After having a bad experience with a warranty repair service company, we looked up google reviews and found TFS had positive reviews. We booked Cedric and he turned up on time, was extremely professional and was able to diagnose the problem and carry out a temporary repair whilst waiting for the replacement internal hose to arrive. This is something that the other repair company could not do. Their fix was to tilt the dishwasher backward which resulted in leakage. We are very happy that we found a professional in Cedric and will certainly use this company for all our appliance repairs in the future.

Cedric was brilliant. He isn’t afraid of hard work. Said he would turn up and he did, even though it was dinnertime Diagnosed the issue in an instant. Replaced the faulty heating element and we have our beloved dishwasher back! Really glad we found his details for appliance repairs.
