Note: the building is located behind Jamie Oliver’s restaurant.I was referred to this Jenny Ong by my GP after unsuccessfully being able to find a connection with my 2 previous psychologists. When I first booked an appointment there was a month wait. But thankfully there was a cancellation and was able to attend sooner. After attending my first session the month wait would have been worth it. It’s so relieving to find a psychologist you can fully trust on your first encounter. I can say that I am truly looking forward to many more sessions with Jenny

I wish I could share a positive review on this business but unfortunately the experience me and my partner had was nothing short of atrocious.I am completely aware of the stress we are all under as workers in this current climate. However, there is absolutely no excuse for pure slackness, complete lack of communication and correspondence and no appropriate organisation for appointments.My partner had an appointment booked for today at 4pm, or so she thought. This appointment was booked in October of last year and as you can imagine 4 months of waiting on an appointment is not ideal for anybody especially those severely struggling with their mental health.She spoke with a male receptionist over the phone when this appointment was booked, who took down all personal details necessary and even went as far as to book a further 3 sessions. She was told an email would be sent out where she could send her referral. This email never came.When she arrived today for her appointment at 4pm, she was told an appointment was never booked in for her, the details she gave over the phone were no where to be found and that there were no other bookings available until June.It is disgraceful that someone trying to help themselves are let down by nothing short of utter laziness and poor organisation.We live in a world where our mental health can be shattered in the blink of an eye. We see thousands upon thousands of suicides every single day, and in a world where it is every man for themselves we are to find our own help. Our mental health system is broken sure enough, but this right here is not an example of a broken system, it is a lack of care from the people that work for these companies.I really truly hope that this business finds some kind of motivation from this negative review, situations like this can break people, and no one wants that kind of blood on their hands.Do better.
